Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Savor the Love, a four-course chef’s tasting designed for an intimate evening of indulgence. The experience begins with a delicate crab cake amuse-bouche, followed by a refreshing compressed melon salad layered with white balsamic, heirloom tomato, and goat cheese. For the entrée, guests may choose between tender braised short rib with roasted garlic mash and chili honey–glazed carrots, or blackened salmon paired with saffron rice and char-grilled broccolini finished with citrus herb cream sauce. The evening concludes on a sweet note with a decadent dark chocolate cake, complemented by house-made strawberry jam, strawberry mousse, and chocolate shavings.
